Welding Services

GWI offers all welding services including MIG, Stick, & TIG Welding. Our certified welders use the MIG process for in-position production and welding repairs. We specialize in dual shield MIG Welding for the more demanding out-of-position fabrications and repairs. For the challenging elements and environments, we “Stick” with the classics. Materials that require more finesse such as Aluminum and Stainless Steel we use the art of TIG welding. We even dabble in Oxy Acetylene torch brazing/soldering when it comes to repairing delicate materials such as cast iron.

Portable Welding

With our fully equipped, mobile welding rig—known as the “Ghost”—we bring the shop to you. The rig is outfitted with Stick, MIG, and TIG welding capabilities, along with plasma cutting tools and a variety of hand and air tools for versatile on-site repairs and fabrications. Featuring 10,000 watts of power and a full extension work table, we’re prepared to tackle emergency repairs and complex jobs wherever you need us.

Shop Capabilities

Gale’s Welding Inc. is equipped with an extensive range of high-capacity machinery and tools to handle projects of all sizes. Our facility features a 150-amp CNC cutting table (Plasma and Oxy Fuel Torches) with scribe capability, press brakes, lathes, vertical bed mill, iron worker, shear, several multi-process boom mounted welders, forklifts and telehandlers. We offer precision cutting, forming, and punching with CNC and standard press brakes, a shear, and an iron worker. With versatile equipment and skilled operators, we can tackle the most demanding fabrication and repair needs efficiently.

Custom Metal Fabrication

At Gale’s Welding Inc., we specialize in Custom Metal Fabrication for personal and professional applications. From mezzanines, equipment platforms, stairs to guardrails, ladders and bollards; our custom work is built to improve and protect your investments! We offer versatile fabrication capabilities using various types of metal to ensure durable and reliable solutions, tailored to your unique needs.
